rich1998 Account Login Guide

The rich1998 account login process is designed to be as simple and fast as possible without compromising security. You can log in using your registered phone number or preferred username — whichever is more convenient for you.

For stronger account security, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings. With 2FA enabled, every login attempt will require additional verification via an OTP code sent to your registered phone number — even if someone has your password, they cannot access your account without that code.

If you are using a personal device, you may select the "Remember Me" option to keep your login session active. However, we do not recommend using this feature on shared devices or public computers for the security of your account.

Rich1998 also offers quick login through e-wallet integrations such as Touch 'n Go and Boost for players who prefer added convenience. This lets you access your account faster without typing your password every time.

Your Account Security Is Our Priority

At rich1998, the security of our members' information and funds is a responsibility we take extremely seriously. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers — the same standard used by world-class banking institutions.

Our anti-fraud monitoring system operates 24/7, detecting any suspicious login activity in real time. If the system detects a login attempt from an unrecognised location or device, you will receive an immediate notification and your account will be temporarily locked for protection.

• Never share your password: rich1998 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or phone call. Our staff also do not need your password to assist you.
• Use a strong password: Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your date of birth or easily guessed numbers.
• Activate 2FA: Two-factor authentication adds a highly effective layer of protection against unauthorised access.
• Check the URL: Always access rich1998.pro directly and avoid fake sites that imitate our design.
• Log out when you're done: Especially on shared devices or public networks, always log out after you finish playing.

Login Issues? Here Are the Solutions

You may occasionally encounter issues when logging in. Don't worry — most problems can be resolved easily:

• Incorrect password: Click "Forgot password?" to reset via OTP sent to your phone number. The process takes less than 2 minutes.
• Account temporarily locked: This happens after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes or contact support for immediate assistance.
• Not receiving OTP: Ensure your phone has a good signal. Check your spam folder if using email verification. You may request a new OTP after 60 seconds.
• Forgot your username: Use your registered phone number to log in, or contact customer support with your identity verification details.
• Unrecognised account: Make sure you use the correct username or phone number registered during sign-up.
