5

Maintain your tier with consistent activity. VIP level is calculated based on deposits within a rolling 30-day period. To maintain your tier, ensure you sustain the same level of activity in the months ahead.

Why the VIP Program rich1998 What Sets Us Apart?

Many online casino platforms offer "VIP" programs that are really just labels with no meaningful benefits. You get a nice badge on your profile, but when it comes to making a withdrawal, the process is just as long and slow. The bonuses on offer often come with rollover conditions that are hard to meet.

Rich1998 takes a different approach. Every VIP benefit listed is real, measurable, and you will feel the difference from day one of levelling up. Faster withdrawals mean your money reaches you sooner. Cashback with no rollover means you genuinely keep that value.

Personal Account Manager — Not Just a Promise

Once you reach Platinum tier, you'll be assigned a personal account manager who truly knows you — your name, your favourite games, your transaction history, and your preferences. When an issue or query comes up, you won't need to explain everything from scratch to a different agent each time. Your manager is ready to help with full knowledge of your account.

A Birthday Gift That Truly Means Something

Rich1998 believes the relationship with its loyal players should be personal. That is why we send birthday gifts to VIP members every year. Not just a standard bonus credit — Diamond and Elite members receive specially curated physical gifts delivered directly to your door as a sincere token of our appreciation.

Cashback With Absolutely No Compromise

The rich1998 weekly cashback program for VIP members is among the most transparent in the industry. No rollover requirements, no minimum win threshold before you can withdraw, no tight time windows. Cashback is credited every Monday based on the previous week's activity, and you are free to use it or withdraw it as you please.

This is how rich1998 values your trust. We understand you have many platform choices out there, and we appreciate you choosing to keep playing with us. The VIP Program is our way of showing that appreciation in a real and meaningful way.

No rollover conditions apply — cashback funds can be used to play or withdrawn immediately with no additional restrictions.

Eligible members will receive a personal invitation from their senior account manager — there is no open application for this tier. If you are already at Diamond level and active, let your track record speak for itself.

Most VIP bonuses at rich1998 can be combined with ongoing promotions. Weekly cashback, daily deposit bonuses, and birthday bonuses each stand independently and can be enjoyed alongside other offers.
